In small classes, students are educated in manufacturing theory, which they then apply in practice on a daily basis to their individual jobs.
This system of education is important to carry on the technical tradition to the next generation. Everyone who graduates from the school works aggressively and displays a confident work ethics. Any young employee at Ohgishi Co., Ltd. has the opportunity to join and improve on their skills.

We implement JIT manufacturing for one week per month. Our CEO is also involved to improve the activity. We have restructured our Art of Design and Manufacturing School curriculum, to solve everyday issues and to promote 5S.
